Workshops are designed for certified LindaFit instructors, as well as for fitness professionals and enthusiasts seeking to expand and refresh their knowledge or earn ACE continuing education credits.

Special workshops in prenatal, osteoporosis, and back care will be announced throughout the year!

Core Anatomy Weekend*
An 8 hour introductory course covering basic anatomic structures, terminology, biomechanics and core musculature. Excellent introductory or review course. Cost includes Lindafit Basic Anatomy Manual.

LindaFit Pilates Mat Intensive Weekend*
This 12 hour weekend course is designed for Pilates enthusiasts or fitness professionals looking to incorporate some Pilates into their classes.  Weekend includes Pilates principles, history, as well as a breakdown of 23 exercises and practice teaching. Those wishing to become certified Lindafit Pilates Mat Instructors must complete the entire Lindafit Pilates Mat Certification Program.

Pilates Mat Training II
This 4 hour course is designed for certified Lindafit Pilates Mat instructors looking to further expand their Pilates repertoire. These 12 brand new exercises, from the intermediate to advanced mat work, include some of the more challenging and weight bearing exercises of the repertoire. Open to all certified Pilates instructors. A must for those looking to challenge and inspire their students!

Pilates Mat Training III
This 4 hour course is designed for certified Lindafit Pilates Mat instructors looking to further expand, their Pilates repertoire. 12 exercises, including advanced versions of classics (i.e.: Teaser, Swan Dive) as well as brand new exercises from the intermediate to advanced repertoire will be studied. Open to all certified Pilates instructors.  A must for those looking for new variations and ideas on classics, plus a whole lot more!!!

LindaFit Magic Circle Workshop
Enhance your Pilates Mat classes with the magic circle, originally designed by Joseph H. Pilates.  The magic circle adds resistance, centers the body and facilitates muscular balance. In this workshop we will learn how to use the magic circle with some of the most popular Pilates Mat exercises from the classic repertory, including standing work. The Pilates magic circle is now a standard in most health clubs and Pilates studios, and an important skill for the Pilates Mat instructor to add to their repertory.

LindaFit Mini Ball Workshop
Like the magic circle, the Mini Ball offers resistance, centering and muscular balance,  but can also be used to simulate many of the exercises done on the Pilates apparatus. Enhance your Pilates Mat classes by adding this important new teaching tool to your repertory.

LindaFit Pilates Mat Variations Workshop
Based on classic Pilates principles, as developed by founder Joseph Pilates, the LindaFit variations build on the classic Pilates Mat repertory. New movement patterns and challenges are presented in the fluid and graceful LindaFit style. Includes apparatus exercises adapted for the mat, i.e.: Pulling of the Straps, as well as variations on classic Pilates Mat exercises, i.e.: Double Bent Leg Stretch with beats".  A must for those looking to add variety and challenge to their classes.

LindaFit Pilates Stretch Band Workshop
The Stretch Band workout offers increased resistance helping take ones Pilates practice to the next level and can be used to simulate many of the exercises done on the Pilates apparatus. This is also the focus of Linda's new Gaiam DVD.
