Slow, flowing easy-to-follow standing movements designed to keep the body’s internal energy or “qi” running smoothly. Combined with deep breathing, Qi Gong releases stress, giving you increased vitality, improved posture and balance and a calm, clear mind.

Sculpt

Based on traditional calisthenics and some cardio, sculpt builds lean body mass and burns calories by using lots of repetitions, hand weights, bands and body weight. Sculpt and tone yourself into shape. Feel stronger and become more powerful and confident in your body.


Special tutorials and workouts designed for beginner students new to fitness or those who want to deepen their practice and understanding of the skill sets and principles underlying a particular move or fitness modality. The more you know, the better you will move!

Standing, functional moves warm up the body, burn calories and improve cardiovascular health. 5 to 10 minutes is all you need, preparing you for your workout or your day. Time to sweat!

Barre

Streamlines and strengthens the entire body and improves posture while working at the “barre.” A sturdy chair or countertop is all you need for support, so you can “pulse and squeeze” your way to that long, lean dancer’s body you have always wanted.
