LindaFit Live Stream Pilates classes are a wonderful interactive option open for all levels.

Classes start with a dynamic cardio warm-up, followed by a stretching and strengthening LindaFit Pilates Mat.

I offer modifications, feedback, and guidance so you perform the moves correctly and optimize your results.

Props, such as weights, balls, bands, or rings, can be added if desired, but it is fine to work without them.

 I started doing Linda's youtube videos a few years ago. Despite lots of exercise during my adult life (running, going to the gym), I had never taken a pilates or yoga class. After trying a few, I was hooked.
Linda's classes are so well planned and her cues, suggestions for modifications, instructions on how to avoid common mistakes, and how not to hurt yourself are incredible. Her experience and ability to instruct people at all levels is amazing. The exercises are very graceful and the classes (despite being physically challenging) feel meditative and centering.
